SAN DIEGO (November 13, 2024) – Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today released the findings of its Revenue Enablement in Financial Services: 2024 Global Findings & Insights report, which surveyed financial services industry leaders to explore how AI advancements are transforming client-facing teams such as advisors, bankers, relationship managers, and wholesalers. Despite requiring higher investment, findings reveal the industry’s early embrace of AI-powered tools has already led to stronger client relationships, increased revenue and assets under management (AUM), and overall productivity of client-facing teams across marketing, sales, enablement, and client services.

Over the past year, companies across the financial services industry have evolved strategies and incorporated AI to address ever-changing client expectations and better achieve top business goals. To keep up with these shifts, companies are doubling down on enablement tools, as 87% say their company plans to increase their investments in enablement technology by an average of 36% going into 2025. But the payoff will almost certainly be worth it, as nearly all (98%) of industry leaders believe integrating AI into their strategies will drive a 52% increase in revenue over the next five years.

“Changing client expectations and preferences, coupled with the promise of newer technologies such as generative AI, are reshaping the ways financial services companies operate,” said Kerry Ryan, CPWA® , Senior Director of Financial Services Industry Marketing, Seismic. “Our new study highlights the undeniable impact that the fusion of AI and go-to-market strategy has on boosting the bottom line. Adopting the right solutions empowers client-facing teams to adapt to evolving client demands, ensuring they can foster the deep, lasting relationships our industry is known for.”

Additional key findings include:
Companies are adapting to better support AI

  • Over half  (62%) of financial services firms are already using AI-powered tools in their enablement processes, compared to just 46% in other industries. This AI adoption rate is likely to only increase as a majority of leaders across financial services (93%) agree that AI will transform their industry within the next five years.
  • As part of this transformation, AI is expected to optimize key industry functions across sales (61%), marketing (61%), strategy and operations (49%), risk and compliance (43%), coaching and training (39%), and legal and audit (33%) teams.
  • As a result, firms are focusing on developing AI skill sets across their teams, with 93% saying they have prioritized AI literacy for their teams and 85% believing AI literacy will be an essential skill for client-facing professionals.

Enablement’s responsibilities and investments are on the rise

  • While 94% of financial services industry leaders already use enablement technology at work, respondents are looking to expand investments to support critical functions like managing rapid organizational changes (65%) and keeping up with changing customer expectations (59%).
  • Continued innovation in enablement — specifically around AI — is a major driver for nearly all respondents (98%) who are increasing their investment in enablement technology going into 2025.
  • Ultimately, investing in enablement technology pays for itself, as 93% of respondents say their company is upping its enablement investment after seeing an increased ability to show clear ROI from enablement initiatives.

Technology buy-in is an uphill battle

  • While 92% of leaders in the financial services industry have advocated for new technologies at their organization, respondents continue to struggle to get the necessary buy-in from their team (58%) and company executives (54%).
  • The root cause of these challenges can be linked back to generational differences (70%), a lack of cross-functional insight (45%), and a misunderstanding of the purposes of AI from an executive (40%) and management level (48%).
  • Despite these challenges, 90% of respondents have prioritized their workforce’s digital development and upskilling as these technologies become interwoven into their daily functions.

SAN DIEGO (October 22, 2024) – Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today announced its Fall 2024 Product Release featuring Seismic Programs, a new suite of enablement planning and measurement tools designed to address the common challenges revenue enablement teams face in driving positive business outcomes and linking their activities directly to revenue growth.

According to a new Seismic-commissioned survey, Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders plan to invest more in enablement in 2025 due to the ability to gain new insights throughout the enablement lifecycle (88%), to show clear ROI from enablement initiatives (88%), and to ensure consistency between leadership’s strategy and activity in the field (84%). Seismic Programs serves as the command center for enablement professionals to design, activate, measure, and optimize GTM initiatives aligned to broader business goals. Once an initiative is launched, teams can monitor and adjust activities in real-time and analyze their data all in one place – making it easier than ever to demonstrate their value to the business.

“With Seismic Programs, we’ve taken our enablement efforts to a whole new level. The tool is helping us align more effectively as a team, making sure that every strategy we develop is fully executed and measurable,” said Cass Pursell, Senior Manager, Content & Communications, Motive. “In just a short period, we’ve not only seen an increase in our productivity, but we can also confidently demonstrate the business value of our enablement programs.”

In addition to the general availability of Programs, Seismic’s Fall 2024 Product Release includes several updates and capabilities that help teams connect strategy to execution:

  • Aura Copilot: Seismic’s generative AI assistant now has enhanced generative search functions, including deeper document-level search capabilities, to quickly and accurately find the content sellers need. Perfect for global teams, Aura Copilot provides multi-language support to organize content and can create new sales content and playbooks based on existing content.
  • Seismic for Meetings: Seismic’s all-in-one meeting superpower added new features for sellers to share tailored clips of meetings for targeted follow-ups with customers. Reps can also annotate recordings to spotlight key buyer interactions or invite coaching from their manager. Other highlights include a split panel view, allowing presenters to manage content, agendas, notes, and speaker cues efficiently, fostering more dynamic interactions with buyers.
  • Seismic Skills: Enablement teams can now easily develop, deploy, and scale training programs to better address skill gaps and deliver more impactful learning and coaching to reps. It also offers visual performance “heat maps” to support goal-driven coaching plans.

“In a world where disruption is constant, revenue teams need tools that help them pivot quickly,” said Krish Mantripragada, Chief Product Officer, Seismic. “That’s the problem we’re solving with Seismic Programs and our key updates in our Fall Release: empowering revenue enablement teams to improve business agility, align with broader goals, and validate their field activities’ success.”

SAN DIEGO (October 1, 2024) Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today released the findings of its new Generation Enablement Report: Driving Strategic Change with the Power of AI. More than 600 full-time managers and senior leaders in sales, enablement, marketing and customer success roles within the United States were surveyed to understand AI’s role on the rising influence and expectations of enablement teams. The findings reveal both the opportunities and challenges AI presents as Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders are asked to enhance technological capabilities, increase revenue, and future-proof their teams.

According to the study, GTM leaders are preparing to increase their technology investment by nearly 25% by 2025, despite lingering skepticism about AI. In fact, 90% of respondents cited AI advancements as a key driver of this investment. This surge is primarily fueled by new AI features that enable organizations to gain deeper insights into the return on their investment (ROI), with 88% highlighting the ability to clearly demonstrate the impact of enablement as a factor driving this investment.

“Enablement teams have become increasingly influential, driving strategic change and leveraging AI to optimize their processes and initiatives within their organizations – earning them a seat at the table with their GTM leadership and C-suite,” said Paige O’Neill, Chief Marketing Officer, Seismic. “The data is clear: if businesses are not looking to enablement technology to shorten the buying cycle and keep pace with customer expectations, they will be left behind. Thriving in today’s dynamic market requires agility and adaptability, which enablement leaders are delivering in spades thanks to AI-powered technology like Seismic.”

“This data certainly confirms the vision of enablement becoming a more strategic function,” said Romain Brun, Director of Business Operations, CybelAngel. “AI decreases time on tactical and time-consuming tasks for enablement professionals to focus more on being strategic partners for the business. With technology evolving and blending different functions of enablement, enablement investments are now seen by leadership as a comprehensive and strategic driver for results across the entire organization.”

Additional key findings include:
AI literacy is now a requirement

  • A majority of GTM leaders (77%) agree that AI will transform their industry within the next five years. As a result, companies are focusing on developing AI literacy across their teams, with 4 out of 5 organizations saying they have prioritized AI literacy for their employee base.
  • Many GTM leaders have already launched AI-focused training programs, with 77% implementing them for current employees and 70% offering them to new hires. Notably, Chief Marketing Officers have a headstart on AI training, with 84% upskilling their existing employees and new hires (95%).
  • Additionally, over half of respondents have introduced custom AI training programs tailored to generational learning preferences. The clear need for AI education highlights that training and coaching programs will be just as critical to success as the AI technology itself.

Adoption challenges today, transformation tomorrow

  • Nearly half (43%) of respondents identified financial constraints as a key barrier to implementing AI-powered solutions, an 8% increase from last year, driven by current economic conditions.
  • Another key factor that poses challenges is generational differences in leadership. Over half (58%) of respondents shared that these generational differences make it difficult to secure buy-in for new technologies.
  • What’s more: 61% revealed the term “AI” carries a stigma, leading almost half (45%) to avoid using the term in official communications, even when AI solutions are being used.

Continued usage will bring undeniable benefits

  • A whopping 89% of GTM leaders believe that integrating AI into their strategies will drive a 29% increase in revenue over the next five years – an incremental jump in both answers year-over-year.
  • Despite the obstacles, optimism prevails, with 90% of respondents predicting increased acceptance of AI across all generations within the next five years. And 91% expect this reliance to continue growing over the next year.

SAN DIEGO (August 27, 2024) – Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today announced it has been recognized as a Leader in The Forrester WaveTM: Revenue Enablement Platforms, Q3 2024 report. According to the report, “Seismic delivers superior platform performance, information design, and value insights.”

In the report, Forrester evaluated 12 revenue enablement platform providers based on a 32-criterion assessment of each company’s current offering, strategy, and market presence. Seismic earned the highest possible scores in 26 of the 32 criteria, receiving the report’s top scores in all three categories.

Forrester’s analyst report says of Seismic: “The company is unique in its vision of enablement as a C-suite function, and it has built program management views and other capabilities into its platform to support revenue enablement teams.” Further, the report says, “Seismic is a good fit for midsized to large enterprises that want a scalable, full-featured content management and readiness solution from a vendor with a commitment to innovation, customer value, and customer success.”

“Forrester’s 2024 Wave reflects the exciting growth and increased importance of enablement to modern revenue teams. We believe Forrester has validated and recognized us as leading the way in defining a vision of what strategic enablement looks like – and then bringing that vision to life with the help of our customers,” said Doug Winter, CEO and co-founder, Seismic. “To me, this report highlights something I’m proud of – our deep commitment to customer-led innovation and building a thriving enablement community. Our customers are central to our success and innovation, and we share this recognition as a Leader with them as we continue to empower teams to grow and win.”

Seismic was previously evaluated in two separate Forrester Wave reports for sales readiness and sales content solutions, which Forrester has now consolidated into one: Revenue Enablement Platforms. According to the 2024 Forrester Wave report, “Based on customer demand and vendor strategies, this former Venn diagram is now a circle.” This change reflects the larger trend of businesses providing enablement to more than just sales teams, extending to all revenue-generating and customer-facing teams. In Seismic’s latest research, 97% of surveyed companies use enablement technology across multiple departments, which they report leads to increased operational efficiency (65%) and revenue (58%).

SAN DIEGO (August 6, 2024)Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today announced it was named to the Forbes 2024 Cloud 100, the definitive ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world, published by Forbes in partnership with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures. This marks Seismic’s fifth time on the prestigious list of top cloud companies.

“It’s humbling to be named to the Cloud 100 once again. Our customers, partners, and global team fuel our unwavering commitment to leading the market and pushing the boundaries of enablement,” said Doug Winter, CEO and co-founder, Seismic. “As the demand for enablement grows, Seismic will remain at the forefront, enabling customer-facing teams to achieve their goals and drive revenue.”

The Cloud 100 honor follows a string of product innovation and customer growth milestones for Seismic. The company continues to expand its footprint in the financial services industry, now serving 24 of the top 25 global asset management firms by AUM. Earlier this year, Seismic introduced new AI-powered products like Aura Copilot and Seismic for Meetings. In June, Seismic launched the inaugural World Enablement Day, celebrating the booming enablement category and recognizing the 300,000+ enablement professionals worldwide.

More about the Forbes Cloud 100
For the ninth consecutive year, the Cloud 100 reviews submissions from hundreds of cloud startups and private companies each year. The Cloud 100 evaluation process involved ranking companies across four factors: market leadership (35%), estimated valuation (30%), operating metrics (20%), and people & culture (15%). For market leadership, the Cloud 100 enlists the help of a judging panel of public cloud company CEOs who assist in evaluating and ranking their private company peers.

“For nine years, the Forbes Cloud 100 list has recognized the leading private cloud companies in the world, from AI to work software, infrastructure to security,” said Alex Konrad, the Forbes editor of the Cloud 100. “This year’s list is the strongest group of standouts yet, with revenue, valuations and growth that will eventually make for historic IPOs.”

“Across nine years of data, we have yet to see as competitive of a cohort as the 2024 Cloud 100. The list value reached $820 billion this year, the highest list value in Cloud 100 history,” said Mary D’Onofrio, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. “Unsurprisingly, AI is now the highest valued category. We continue to be excited by how AI companies are scaling rapidly, transforming the cloud, and propelling the next wave of growth, driving a massive year-over-year jump in market cap of the list of over $150 billion.”

“The past year, our industry has seen a generational step forward in innovation, and with AI leading the charge, we are witnessing one of the most important platform shifts in decades,” said Paul Drews, managing partner at Salesforce Ventures. “The Cloud 100 list represents the best of the best, and we’ve never been more excited about what the future holds, not only for the cloud but for the entire technology industry. We are proud of what these founders and their communities have already accomplished, and look forward to seeing how they continue to transform the industry in the future.”

SAN DIEGO (June 18, 2024) – Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today announced new capabilities available in its Spring/Summer 2024 Product Release, including several AI-powered tools to help customer-facing teams excel at modern selling and make the most of every client interaction.

Today’s B2B customers control the buying cycle more than ever before, a trend that picked up speed in 2020 and remained steady since then. With more education and information at their fingertips, buyers are choosing digital self-service routes over working with a human sales rep – and as a result, only 5% of the buyer’s journey is spent with a salesperson, according to Gartner.

With buyers in the driver’s seat, Go-to-Market (GTM) teams must adapt to deliver the best possible experience at every customer touchpoint. Organizations investing in enablement technology are positioned to succeed: According to new Seismic research, 91% of survey respondents said enablement technology helps them provide a better customer experience, and 83% said their enablement tools will help their organization maintain and grow its customer base in 2024.

Seismic’s Spring/Summer 2024 Product Release includes new capabilities that help businesses meet the needs of modern buyers:

  • Aura Copilot: Now available for early access, Aura Copilot drives GTM efficiency for enablement teams by speeding up and simplifying the creation of lessons, playbooks, and more. The generative AI assistant can tag content and generate descriptions at scale, saving precious time for content owners. With AI-generated analytics, GTM leaders can ask Aura Copilot questions about their data, such as how many sellers have completed a lesson or viewed a page, and receive answers in seconds. Plus, sellers can get in-the-moment access to the insights and content they need to close a deal. Learn more about Aura Copilot by clicking here.
  • Seismic for Meetings: To help reps better prepare for client meetings, enhanced workflows allow for seamless collaboration with colleagues ahead of a customer meeting, including the ability to define goals and objectives, set an agenda, and personalize content with ease.
  • New Seismic & Microsoft integrations: Combine the power of Seismic and Microsoft with upgraded integrations with Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Copilot for Microsoft 365. Additionally, Seismic for Meetings now integrates with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook, allowing reps to leverage Seismic right in the flow of their daily work.

“Sellers who are not prepared to maximize every window of opportunity in the sales cycle will fall flat. That’s why our latest product release arms them with the capabilities and resources they need to win,” said Krish Mantripragada, Chief Product Officer, Seismic. “We’re particularly excited about the launch of Aura Copilot after a series of pilot programs, which were met with high demand and participation from our customers. Our customers are eager to utilize generative AI across their enablement efforts, and we’re thrilled with the feedback we’ve received at this stage.”

Customers in the pilot program used Aura Copilot’s capabilities nearly 50,000 times across the Seismic platform to streamline manual tasks such as creating lessons, answering questions, and generating summaries.

“Seismic’s Aura Copilot has been fantastic for us. It’s incredibly easy to use and requires minimal review due to its accuracy,” said Jennifer Sutherland, Global Leader of Culture, Learning & Development, Trustwave. “We’ve used it for a variety of tasks, such as creating quizzes and course descriptions. This efficiency translates to a quicker turnaround for our salespeople, allowing us to swiftly implement new content, products, processes, and systems. The AI functionality within Seismic has been amazing, making our operations smoother and more responsive.”

SAN DIEGO (June 5, 2024) – Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today announced the inaugural World Enablement Day taking place on June 10. World Enablement Day recognizes and celebrates one of the fastest-growing professions across the globe and the heartbeat of successful businesses — the 300,000+ enablement professionals worldwide who drive growth, foster empowerment, and shape the future of customer experiences.

The origin of enablement
Modern enablement’s roots were planted back in 1999, when sales consulting firms began to uncover a sales execution problem: too often, organizational red tape and roadblocks prevented sellers from focusing on what they were hired to do: sell. To make matters worse, this challenge wasn’t limited to a certain industry, location, or company size; it was widespread amongst many organizations with a large customer-facing presence.

To address this sales execution problem, John Aiello, a former brand manager, and Drew Larsen, a telecom consultant, joined forces to pioneer and evangelize sales enablement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of salespeople.

Fast forward to the early 2010s, growing interest in enablement led to the emergence of companies in North America, Oceania, and Europe dedicated to developing advanced enablement technology solutions: Seismic (2010 in San Diego, CA), Bigtincan (2011 in Sydney, Australia) and Showpad (2011 in Ghent, Belgium).

Enablement today and tomorrow
Enablement and the technology that supports it has skyrocketed in popularity since the early days:

  • In 2017, 59% of companies had a dedicated sales enablement person, initiative, or function. In 2023, that figure exceeded 80% as enablement became a strategic imperative for companies.
  • A mere 3,233 LinkedIn users held sales enablement jobs in 2017. Fast forward to today, and more than 300,000 professionals worldwide have enablement in their title or job description – a 9,000% jump in just seven years.
  • “Sales enablement specialist” ranked as the sixth fastest-growing job title on LinkedIn in 2023.

And the momentum continues: In a 2024 survey of nearly 2,000 go-to-market leaders, four out of five said they use enablement technology at work. Professional organizations like Revenue Enablement Society, The Enablement Squad, and Sales Enablement Collective are expanding to new cities, countries, and continents. Today, the category is estimated to have a $5 billion USD global market valuation with expectations to grow to $13 billion USD by 2030.

“We believe there’s no better time than the present to recognize the rapid rise of enablement. No matter the industry or size, businesses everywhere are investing in enablement as a strategic imperative to their success,” said Doug Winter, co-founder and CEO, Seismic. “Now, artificial intelligence and cutting-edge enablement tools propel the industry and its practitioners into a new era – an era we are proud to lead hand-in-hand with our customers, partners, and team around the globe.”

“Sales enablement tools and solutions have evolved over the last two decades to meet the critical needs of remote and hybrid sales teams, giving them the knowledge, resources, and support they need to close more deals,” said Michelle Morgan, Research Manager, WW Sales Force Productivity and Performance, IDC. “As modern selling approaches continue to evolve, enablement tools and teams are poised to grow in both influence and impact as they help organizations stay ahead of the curve.”

SAN DIEGO (June 4, 2024) – Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today shared how its customers in wealth management and across the financial services industry are leveraging its AI and automation technology to deliver more personalized, impactful client engagements and drive revenue growth.

According to Cerulli, advisors spend more time conducting and preparing for client meetings (32%) than any other business activity. What’s more, advisors spend 11 hours per year, per client on meeting-related activities, according to The Kitces Report. Wealth management firms are seeking a modern approach to free up advisors’ time while delivering exceptional client engagements. Enablement technology powered by AI and automation makes it easier than ever before.

Seismic – which works with more than 400 financial services firms worldwide, including four of the top five largest wealth management firms in North America – provides several products and capabilities that enable advisors to deliver the digital experiences that today’s clients expect:

  • Seismic for Meetings: Built to help advisors prepare, present, and follow up on every meeting, Seismic’s latest major innovation automatically surfaces action items, recommended content, and call summaries for advisors. Advisors are empowered to deliver more impactful meetings, personalize content, and streamline compliance requirements in just a few clicks. For practice management teams and leaders, Seismic for Meetings provides insights and analytics to improve content, programs, and training for firm-wide success.
  • Aura Copilot: Seismic’s generative AI-powered assistant saves advisors time by providing instant answers in a personalized layout. Aura Copilot generates tailored summaries from verified and secure sources, allowing for more time to interact with clients and less time searching for information or content.
  • Digital Sales Rooms: This microsite technology empowers advisors to easily share content, meeting recordings, and messages with clients in a single location without the back-and-forth of clunky email attachments and outdated documents. Firms can utilize templates to simplify the process and ensure advisors are always sharing brand-approved, compliant content.
  • CRM integrations: Seismic seamlessly integrates with both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, optimizing the advisor experience and delivering more value across the advisor tech stack.

“Advisors should be spending minutes, not hours, assembling content for a meeting,” said Doug Winter, co-founder and CEO, Seismic. “Firms must prioritize tools that empower advisors to deliver seamless client meetings and engagements in the most efficient manner possible, so they can spend more time deepening relationships and growing their business.”

Seismic customers throughout the financial services industry are reaping the time-saving benefits for their firms, including:

  • One of the largest private banks in the U.S. saved 10,000 hours of work in the first seven months after implementing Seismic.
  • One of the top wealth and asset management firms reduced advisors’ time spent on administrative tasks by 70%.
  • A leading global investment management firm leveraged Seismic’s automation tools to save their team 23,000 hours per year in creating and distributing client content, which translates to ~$1.8M in efficiency savings from improved workflows.

SAN DIEGO (April 16, 2024) – Seismic, the global leader in enablement, today released the findings of its new Generation Enablement Report: The Rise of Enablement’s Influence. Hundreds of business leaders were surveyed to understand their enablement strategies, challenges, and go-to-market (GTM) processes. The survey explores how attitudes and actions vary across Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. And while opinions differ on adoption, use, and effectiveness, one thing is clear: enablement’s influence is growing worldwide, and so is that of its leaders.

According to the report, 93% of enablement technology users say that the desire for strategic, effective enablement has increased over the last three to five years. And it’s no wonder why: 85% agree the technology is integral to weathering difficult economic times. Not to mention, 89% of enablement technology users say it gives their team a competitive advantage, and 88% say it enhances their job satisfaction.

Despite these benefits, sentiment toward adopting new technologies varies by generation. In particular:

  • Generation Z: These employees are the most open to new technologies, with 72% of respondents reporting no resistance to adoption from members of Gen Z on their team. Yet, they also responded with the lowest enthusiasm towards artificial intelligence (AI). When asked about their organization’s likelihood to invest more in enablement due to the promise of AI, only 85% of Gen Z said yes. While this is a healthy majority, it is noticeably lower than other generations.
  • Millennials: Approximately one-third of U.S. respondents believe Millennials struggle to some degree with adapting to new technology. However, opposite of their Gen Z counterparts, Millennials seem the most optimistic about AI in the workplace, with 82% viewing AI as a virtual partner to them and 92% increasing their enablement spend due to the promise of AI.
  • Generation X: Despite being seasoned professionals, Gen X encounters technology adoption challenges with 55% of survey respondents noting Gen X’s resistance to new technology. Gen X is challenged by gaining executive support when introducing new tools to their teams, being 26% more likely than average to report a lack of executive buy-in when implementing tech. This generation also leads the pack in leveraging enablement analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Baby Boomers: While often known for being resistant to change, Baby Boomers are increasingly recognizing the importance of enablement tech. Notably, 68% of all respondents reported that Boomers have high resistance to new technology, yet they are 22% more likely than average to express a preference for companies utilizing enablement tech. Boomers were also most likely to agree that enablement is considered a strategic initiative at their company.

“In an era defined by rapid technological advancement and evolving workplace dynamics, the demand for enablement continues to skyrocket,” said Paige O’Neill, Chief Marketing Officer, Seismic. “No matter the generation, it is clear enablement holds the keys to the most significant challenges we see today: engaging customers, scaling GTM teams, adopting new tech, improving productivity, and integrating AI-powered workflows. Moreover, the data in our latest report shows that enablement helps bring people together and is crucial for fostering an agile, innovative workforce.”

The report also indicates that enablement continues to explode in usage and investment, with the majority (89%) of respondents using enablement technology at work. While sales and marketing executives rely more on enablement tech compared to other departments, with usage at 64% and 58% respectively, this technology is no longer reserved only for those teams – nearly all (97%) surveyed companies using enablement tech have deployed it across multiple departments. This trend is expected to intensify in the coming years, as 79% of respondents plan to allocate additional funds to expand enablement programs and functions, while 59% aim to implement enablement tools in additional departments.

“Technology, enablement or otherwise, is only as good as its adoption,” said Patricia Peral, Senior Director of GTM Enablement, Beeline. “As enablement leaders, one of our core responsibilities is to ensure that those who we expect to benefit from any new technology understand both how to use it, and the value of using it – no matter their generation. Additionally, we must ensure that we enable on tools not only at launch, but continuously, as people learn and adopt at different times in their journey.”
